By accessing or using NexCorp Technologies' website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Scope of Services

NexCorp Technologies delivers digital engineering, software development, creative design in strategic partnership with Snooty Brand Studio, and growth marketing services according to signed statement of work (SOW) agreements.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full settlement of agreed project fees, all bespoke code, design deliverables, and assets created specifically for the client are assigned to the client, subject to standard open-source licenses.

3. Governing Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
