1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by NexCorp Technologies Private Limited (collectively, the 'Services'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our Services.
2. Description of Services
NexCorp provides various software engineering, web development, mobile application development, and AI-related services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our Services at any time.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for: (a) Keeping your information accurate; (b) Maintaining the security of any credentials issued to you; (c) All activity that occurs under your account; (d) Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement, all code, designs, and content produced by NexCorp are the property of NexCorp Technologies until full payment is received. Upon final payment, IP rights are transferred as per individual project contracts.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexCorp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Services.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sonipat, Haryana.
